Cancellation Policies
Motel Rooms:
There is a 48-Hour Notice of Cancellation on all
motel rooms (no deposit required) with exceptions to the following:
1.
If it is a holiday, Shanty Days, or Cheeseburger Festival, there is
a 2-Week Notice of Cancellation, a
one-night deposit, and a three-night minimal stay. Customer must cancel
two weeks prior to arrival or they forfeit their deposit and are
responsible for entire stay.
- If
more than one rooms is being held, there is a 2-Week Notice of
Cancellation and a one-night deposit is required. Customer must cancel
two weeks prior to arrival or they forfeit their deposit and are
responsible for entire stay.
- If
a room is being held for more than two days, there is a 2-Week Notice
of Cancellation and a one-night deposit is required. Customer must
cancel two weeks prior to arrival or they forfeit their deposit and
are responsible for entire stay.
- If
there is a large block on several rooms (3 or More), there is a
1-Month Notice of Cancellation and a $200.00 deposit is required.
Customer must cancel one month prior to arrival or they forfeit their
deposit and are responsible for entire stay.
- Customer will receive a deposit refund
minus a $30.00 cancellation fee if they cancel more than 1 month prior to
arrival.
Daily Reservations for Larger Accommodations
(Specifically Efficiency Apartments, Cabins, Suites, Penthouses, Chalets,
Cottages, Cozy Ranch, and New House): All require a one-night deposit
and a three-night minimal stay. There is a 1-Month Notice of Cancellation,
so customer must cancel one month prior to arrival or they forfeit their
deposit and are responsible for entire stay.
Customer will receive a deposit refund
minus a $30.00 cancellation fee if they cancel more than 1-month prior to
arrival.
Weekly Reservations for Larger Accommodations
(Specifically Efficiency Apartments, Cabins, Suites, Penthouses, Chalets,
Cottages, Cozy Ranch, and New House): All require a deposit, which
varies depending upon the unit. Customer will receive a deposit refund
minus a $30.00 cancellation fee if they cancel four months prior to
arrival. Customer forfeits deposit if they cancel two months prior to
arrival. If customer cancels two months or less prior to arrival, they
forfeit their deposit and are responsible for entire stay.
Once
the arrival date is inside the window of cancellation, the reservation
becomes a GUARANTEED RESERVATION. At this point, there are no
cancellations and the customer is responsible for the entire amount of the
stay
